A personal exercise program designed with you, and only you, in mind. Your trainer knows that every body is different. Your personal trainer at O’Neil Fitness will take the time to listen, observe, and assess your needs and desires and design a program that will get you where you want to be. A personal trainer is a certified professional that helps people achieve a higher level of fitness compared to joining a gym.
With at least one nationally recognized certificate (AFAA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) as well as other certificates in the field, your trainer should create an exercise program just for your needs and goals.
Designing and implementing exercise programs for each individual as opposed to a class is what defines a personal trainer.
When looking for a trainer, experience and longevity are crucial.
You need a trainer if you:
- Have hit a plateau
- Are bored with your current program
- Have been away from it for a while
- Need a jumpstart to get started
- Have been injured
- Are recovering from surgery/injury
- Have never exercised before
The Boot Camp Workout
The Boot Camp Workout is a no-frills, no-excuses military-style workout designed by two retired U.S. Marines and implemented by a certified personal trainer to give you the best total body workout on the planet. The Boot Camp Workout meets 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) from 6-7am at O’Neil Fitness at 85 Bass Ave. and makes it way to Good Harbor Beach where the fun begins. Calisthenics, games, relay races and good old-fashioned teamwork are the heart of this exercise program.
All levels encouraged. You can do it!
